an attorney owned. American Fidelity Title is a real estate closing and
title insurance company that combines legal expertise with the latest
technology. As a result American Fidelity Title delivers premier service
in an expeditious manner without sacrificing quality.
The Executive Team of American Fidelity Title is lead by Scott Sweigart
and Amy Stark.
Scott Sweigart, who is an attorney, is President/C.E.O. of American
Fidelity Title. Over the past 25 years, Scott has methodically developed
his knowledge of the industry through hands on experience, formal education
and licensing. Scott is responsible for the overall Corporate Philosophy
and the direction of the company. Additionally, Scott is a resource for
our team as it relates to resolving complicated title issues. Because
of his exceptional reputation; Scott has established a leadership team
that is second to none.
Amy
Stark, who is a registered title agent, is the VIce- President/C.O.O.,
(Chief Operations Officer) of American Fidelity Title. Amy is responsible
for the overall operations of the company – ranging from sales to
customer satisfaction. Amy has over 15 years of experience and is committed
to achieving 100% customer satisfaction. By combining her leadership experience
with a hands on approach, she ensures that partnering with American Fidelity
Title is a positive and successful experience. Through her experience
in Corporate America, where she lead sales and service teams across the
county, she has honed her skills in building programs that provide the
exceptional customer service that American Fidelity Title clients receive.

Shirley Mauesby Brackett, Supervisor of Post Closing, has over 24 years of experience in the Title Insurance Industry. Her vast knowledge of all aspects of the closing process has been an added bonus for our post-closing department. Shirley’s ability to resolve any post closing issues has been a tremendous benefit to American Fidelity Title as well as that of our clients.
